Unable to authenticate #
When you are unable to authenticate with an SMTP host, such as a contact form, etc. Ensure that you have used the site’s domain/sub-domain (e.g. if you access your site via https://domain.com – you need to use domain.com for your SMTP host. And if you access your site via https://demo.domain.com – you need to use demo.domain.com as your SMTP host).
Let’s get to fixing it. It is very simple.
Simply navigate to Mail > Select the domain’s settings > Select the correct certificate.
